It’s Easy to Be Kind This Unique Thanksgiving

It’s Motivation Monday!  On the heels of Thanksgiving here in the states I want to pass along the advice a Dream Tank delegate gave to parents at the OpenExO World Surviving the School Year event held Saturday.

Be kind.

What act of kindness are you going to do this week to help a colleague, friend or family member get through a potentially tough week?   Some individuals are not only unemployed right now but also going to have a Thanksgiving not physically surrounded by family or friends.  Can you Zoom with them?  Send them a meal?  Gift them knowledge in the form of a book or online course?

What about your own self care – how will you be kind to yourself?  Tech detox?  Walk every morning to start the day?  Consume a new book?  Treat yourself to a great meal?

We are all working to survive this pandemic, together. If you are in a position of strength – have a job, have an income – be the rock someone else needs.

As I mentioned last week I’ve launched a few classes to help make what I do as a coach more accessible.  Consider giving one of the courses to a friend or colleague – they will be held live in December and January.  Or take one for yourself.

Use the code “blackfriday” to receive $100 off enrollment.  Good now through Black Friday.
